Applying for the CDCP
Applications for the CDCP are now open to eligible Canadian residents.
First, confirm you meet the requirements, then apply online through the official Government of Canada portal.
Eligibility Requirements
- Be a Canadian resident for tax purposes.
- Have an adjusted family net income below $90,000.
- Have filed your tax return for the previous year.
- Do not have access to any other dental insurance.
After You Apply and Get Approved
1. Service Canada will confirm your eligibility.
2. Sun Life, the plan administrator, will send you a Welcome Package with your start date and details about your coverage.
3. Once your coverage is active, call Town Centre Dental Clinic to book your appointment!
